This class exists because, for some reason, *clips*, *sources*, *refers* and *simulcasts* use a different date format for *available\_at;* they use <mark style="background-color:blue;">yyyy-MM-d'T'HH:mm:ssXXX</mark> instead of <mark style="background-color:blue;">yyyy-MM-d'T'HH:mm:ss.SSX</mark>
